We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To start the exchange process, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the simple steps.
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- The following items cannot be exchanged: swimwear, bikinis, and accessories.
Exchange Process
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange conditions.
- After inspection is complete, we will process your exchange.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details for your new item.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and exchange, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- We do not offer exchanges for different styles, only for a different size of the same item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Return Address
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges sent to our corporate office. You will receive the correct return address after initiating an exchange with our customer service team.
